Before you write
Is Holdfast publicly available?
Holdfast is currently in private testing. The links above require beta eligibility rather than public store access.
How do refunds work?
App Store purchases are refunded under Apple’s policies and Google Play purchases under Google Play’s policies. Purchases made on our website, such as church seat codes, are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Where a free trial is offered, use it to try Holdfast first. See the FAQ.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in on the account deletion page and confirm, or use Delete my account in the app. If you uninstalled Holdfast, you do not need to reinstall unless you prefer the in-app path. If you can no longer sign in, email support from the account’s email address with the subject “Privacy request.”
Where are the policies?
Read the privacy policy and terms of use. Holdfast is published by Fremdly Marketing LLC. For privacy requests, email support with the subject “Privacy request.”
